Halloween Menagerie

We had a happy (and warm!) Halloween this year.  I love it when the snow holds off till after Halloween.  It was so nice on Halloween afternoon that we were playing at a playground and lying around on the grass in our short sleeves.  We loved it!  It got a little chillier that evening, but luckily, furry animals don't feel the cold much.
This bunny went home to her bed earlier than the others, but she was darling.  (As have been other bunnies before her)

Here is a sweet baby monkey
(Ky and Sebby have worn this suit in other years)

She was soon joined by another monkey.  Malachi wore this monkey suit to our church Halloween Party and around the house for several days while my mom slaved away on his real costume.

These monkeys are simultaneously fascinated by their tails

Really, between two monkeys and three there is merely a single unit of difference (there you go, Sam)

If we'd had a couple more monkeys we could have been Five Little Monkeys.  Rachael's family did that one year and it was the cutest thing I've ever seen in my life.

A friendly elephant joined us as well

Ready for the costume party!
